Man-YOU-factured LLC
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
- Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all custom products produced and sold by [Man-you-factured LLC] (“Manyoufactured,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“Customer” or “you”) agrees to these Terms.
Because our products are custom-made, special conditions apply as outlined below.
- Orders & Approval
All orders must be confirmed in writing (email approval is acceptable).
The Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, specifications, measurements, artwork, and materials before production begins.
Production will not begin until written approval and any required deposit are received.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the Customer.
- Pricing & Payment
Prices are provided in writing via quote or invoice.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required before production begins.
The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur a late fee of %50 total cost per month or the maximum allowed by law.
- Custom Products & No Returns
All products are custom-made to order.
Unless confirmed defective, custom products: Cannot be returned, cannot be exchanged, are non-refundable
By approving your order, you acknowledge that the design, dimensions, and specifications are correct.
- Changes & Cancellations
Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Deposits are non-refundable.
- Production & Delivery Timelines
Estimated production and delivery timelines are held at utmost priority, if unexpected changes arise you shall be immediately informed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by: Supplier shortages, shipping carrier delays, customer approval delays, events beyond our control (Includes Force Majeure)
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the Customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier or delivered.
Customers must inspect products within 5 business days of receipt and notify us in writing of any damage or defects.
- Warranty & Defects
We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery.
This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, improper application, misuse or modification, damage caused by third parties.
If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the product, or replace the product, or provide a partial refund
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
- Intellectual Property
The Customer represents that any artwork, logos, or designs provided do not infringe on third-party rights.
The Customer agrees to indemnify us for any claims arising from materials they supply.
We may photograph completed products for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may opt-out of this during the pre-production phase.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of order placement will apply.
